Commodity trade
TradeKaiju
How do you rebuild a commodity trading product so the platform looks as serious as the trades running through it?
Reframing and redesigning the digital product around credibility, complex workflows and the reality of high-value transactions.
Brand · Product architecture · UX & UI · Complex workflows
Outcome
A platform that carries the weight of the transactions it handles.

Challenge
TradeKaiju does a lot at once: a verified-supplier marketplace, sourcing requests, live commodity data, and sector reports, serving buyers, suppliers, and agencies in one place. All that range was hitting users at the same time. The brand and the product needed to make a serious, multi-sided trading tool feel navigable.
Approach
We rebranded the platform for a more credible, market-facing posture, then re-architected the product twice — reworking how suppliers, products, sourcing, and intelligence relate to each other, and redesigning the core flows around that structure.
Deliverables
Brand identity, product information architecture, core flow redesign, interface system, and design handoff.
Results
A sharper identity and a product structure that lets buyers and suppliers find each other and act, without getting lost in everything the platform can do.
Launch or reposition
“We need the market to understand what we've become.”
Usually starts as a Build Engagement, from $6,000.
